I don't know what sort of receipts would need to be made public in order to prove the former claim, other than a clip of Finana confirming it; but the latter claim can easily be proven by posting a clip from the members only stream in which she allegedly said that. And it would not be the first time a clip from any vtuber's members only stream made its way /here/.
