All for One is an upbeat idol song but after HoloEN lost 4 talents in a year it does sound fake when they sing about them being united as one. Hololive is selling an illusion but in 2025 there are too many talents who have graduated, or have openly considered graduation, to be optimistic about the direction of the company.

There is definitely some level of copium by Cover when they forced the "we are united" lyrics in a song after having a wave of 7 graduations in Hololive. They had various reasons for leaving but most of them made it clear they didn't like modern Hololive. The recent controversy with the 66 talent gacha for the summer merch (almost $2000 worth of merch), the shilling for HoloEarth digital goods, and Cover rolling out membership exclusive merch. Hololive is leaning into the worst element of both gacha and the idol industry. The flaw with this strategy is that there is nothing inspirational about corporate greed.
