She does feel a little different, but in fairness I haven't watched her since her stream frequency went down so bad, so maybe that happened earlier.
For what it's worth she's still enjoyable to watch, in the first nightreign stream I think both her and nimi were a bit overwhelmed, saba seemed stressed (no clue how much of that was the game vs her stream), and nimi seemed to have trouble navigating their collab dynamics (similarly to the emissary zero stream, where she at first had trouble getting a word in).
This second stream seems a lot more light hearted, saba seems to be more relaxed and having more fun and nimi got a bit goofier.
The last stream was decent, but this one felt more enjoyable to me.
I just hope saba had more fun this time around because the game wasn't as overwhelming rather than her fighting her demons still (which to some extent she probably is).

Mind you I barely watched either gura or saba.
My understanding is that hololive wanted an idol, and guras explosive growth made her "the vtuber", essentially the perfect idol spokesperson to introduce the concept to the west. I mean the first vtubers I heard of were probably KizunaAI as a "that's interesting" internet curiosity, followed by gura.
That's some insane pressure, and paired with the fact that I think her personal humor was somewhat more edgy/risque, mostly in terms of lewd jokes, I can see how you can easily feel like an impostor/fraud.
Her leaving hololive allows her to redefine who she wants to be, plus we don't know what happened/happens behind the scenes.

Whatever the case may be, at the end of the day I hope she's happier now, she's been streaming a lot more often than before leaving, so that may be a good sign. That first stream she just felt more stressed than having fun, which is why I felt nightreign was a suboptimal game choice, but this second stream all that went away, and they seemed to just enjoy themselves more.
The two things that changed from yesterday is the game was newer yesterday and she didn't stream today, so I hope it was the game and not her still feeling too pressured by streaming trying to live up to an image she feels she owes her fans.
