There was a lot of luck. It had to be the exact talents debuting in the exact order in the exact company with the exact people in the front office. The phase talents don't make it in any other agency, and Phase doesn't make it if they had a different starting gen which is their foundation.

For example, say you put Lumi in the EN Gen1. If you did that, Phase likely dies. I say this with almost certainty because the EN Gen1 threatened a walkout if a manager wasn't hired. If Lumi was in Gen1, she would have insisted on being the talent manager like how she tried and failed in Cyberlive. This means Muumi never gets hired, which means Pippa, Lia, Tenma, Uruka all quit, which means Phase Connect would have lost their Gen1 and the stench of death would have killed Gen2 from ever getting off the ground.
