Actual talent scouting, Fishman provides money but doesn't micromanage like a retard like Cover, there doesn't seem to be a lot of pressure placed on talent to be the biggest stars ever. Talent seems mostly supportive of each other too even if they're politically opposite; Airi was going to quit and they basically convinced her to say by letting her take it easy for as long as she needed. Basically it's a healthy environment with good management that doesn't either pit its talent against one another or blatantly favor talent for idiotic reasons like what country they're in like certain other companies.
