Is more than 12 hours ego.
No statement, all English Livers gone, all Japanese livers gone.
He run away with the money
And time for a thousand posts pointing out "livers" and acting like Sherlock Holmes solving a crime when it's just some retard falseflagging as one of us.
I assure you as a Nijichad. None of us give a fuck what your microcorpo is up to.
>>102511930 (OP)So which side would legal mindset protect this time?
Liar rat or gone run?

Who know. But it will be entertaining
Amalee, Henya, Kuro etc. look so fucking stupid now for pretending everything was fine as if the corp wasn't fucking collapsing around them
>Henya: How does vshojo even make money?
Yes Henya, we all were wondering that too! Oh, the answer is just embezzlement.
CIO is with Nijisanji CIO on a Yacht
>>102512960If it came out that Vshojo was a front for organ harvesting, their business model would make actual sense and I wouldn't put it past them
>>102513123I ate the Vtubers liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti

I love watching the goofy dogs fight from the safety of my garden
The situation doesn’t make sense when aligned with the other members previously leaving.
Let’s take Mouse’s statements at face value.
>Let Vshojo handle her finances
>Raised money for a charity
>Reclaimed responsibility for her finances
>Figured out the charity was owed 500,00$
Now, from this alone, the smoking gun is the donations themselves.
Any company would have receipts for donations for tax deductions, but we don’t know how Mouse would have procured that information.
Getting a hold of company finances for any employee is difficult work, so then how was the information gathered?
If she was given control of her finances again, what ever that may mean, how would she have been privy firstly to what money wasn’t going where? If it was undercut, an assumption could be made that they already had donated, the opposite true for if there was leftover funds.
Secondly, how would she have discerned, if we follow the second claim that Vshojo also kept money from her -not only donation spending- how would she or and affiliate have knowledge of the amount of money being kept from them if they weren’t initially handling the finances themselves?
If Vshojo really were doing her dirty and funnelling money out, there wouldn’t be a paper trail anyway, and so any loss of funds would be conjecture (“they couldn’t produce receipts, so we don’t know where the money went”). Why lie up until that point but then suddenly turn over finances and get caught out?
The REAL situation, is more likely that Vshojo are withholding funds from multiple members for various reasons, but the charity angle is the best way to expose them (albeit falsely) so that the fans are still on your side and the company has no back foot.
Back to the members leaving, if their departure was related to this, it starts to make more sense, as there was a slower fallout, instead of them all dog piling out when Mouse found her story out, which we saw before with Nyan, Vei and Silver.
>>102514866Vshojo handling finances is not a normal vshojo thing, it was something Mouse wanted because she is paranoid about giving her real details to people she needs to pay.
>sign contract
>upset when business acts within the rights you signed away, albeit not the way you wanted
she's not very bright is she
>>102514993It doesn’t make sense. “Handled finances”.
They had access to what accounts? Who processed payments? Who was monitoring revenue gain from streams? What were the accounts and how were they even used?
The identity information worry doesn’t hold either, because she could have done it from a private business entity.
Playing devil's advocate for a sec: it is an american company and Mouse's announcement was at the end of the working day yesterday. Everything exploded overnight. They probably:
1. Need time to prepare a statement with a lawyer before putting out something official.
2. Probably knew this was coming with mouse but didn't think it would blow up like it did/were incompetent.
I expect we will get a statement either today or tomorrow.

She said she was planning on leaving Vshojo anyways because she also wasn't getting paid
>>102514866connor said that mouse and connor were on calls with the planning committee (where money should go) of that specific charity about once a month. I assume they told her "we never got the money" and she then took her financearrangement of the table and I assume her lawyer talking to youtube and twitch would be able to cut out the middleman for future earnings, or something?
