There are countless 2views and less that only really interact with the world as a vtuber, and aren't even trying to grow their numbers, they just do it to have some kind of interaction with other people. There are also plenty who are trying to grow their numbers and will never see any success. There have got to be a large number of them that would never be involved in any drama, even tangentially, because they don't involve themselves in anything, and are terrified to even express their opinion on any drama.

There is Ushio Ebi ... the only drama she has is when people try and fail to stirr up drama. And a handful of community members with serious issues.
