When I realized that a part of me actually wondered if I had made the second post. They aren't much funnier than 3DPD male streamers, and even when they actually ARE funnier, their content is much more watchable as clips (unless it's a big SMP server or smth which always has something fun going on).

But while they are in front of the screen, they are playing a character that is owned by Cover corp.
Hence, the "character" has certain restrictions they must abide by (never being married, with a bf, always available for the audience etc.).
This is the compromise they work with in order to satisfy most of their audience while still allowing talents to have a life outside of work.
Obviously some of them were greedier and wanted to stay as the character while still wanting to announce their private thing AS that character, which is just not gonna work.
