All the stories she changed, all the obfuscation she performed. All the lies about being sick or feeling lonely. All of it was in furtherance of the exploitation of the feelings of people she saw as beneath her for personal monetary gain at their expense. In order to placate her guilty conscience, she conveniently hid behind her "privacy" and "personal life", concepts she abused to hide details about herself that she knew would cause her fans to leave and possibly hurt her profits. She never gave her fans the ability to chose to support her with knowledge of her situation. They trusted her and she betrayed that trust.

Graduating and announcing her marriage is the right thing to do, but that doesn't absolve her of what she did these last few years, especially because she will contine to be rich and profit from all the support she fostered through an idol career built entirely upon lies and manipulation.

She went indie, SOLD PLENTY OF MERCH, waited for a while for it not to be refundable, and THEN she told everyone.
