Your post is written as if you believe that having likeable qualities guarantees a relationship, which just isn't true. And that's only when they're attractive enough to be hit on by halfway appealing guys, which isn't actually every woman.
I wasn't directly talking about Gigi, just using her as an example of a persona, but the women I was talking about have redeeming qualities and could find a guy if they made the effort and really wanted it, but they don't. The most attractive and funny one I know has a huge misandrist streak and is kind of combative, so it's not too hard to see why it hasn't happened for her.
