The problem with most attempts at a Neuro competitor is that they have nothing to replace whoreshit with, leaving them as glorified chat bots and leaves viewers with nothing to think about them when the stream ends. Making them play games can somewhat help but the bots still have nothing to build an "arc" or have a presence outside the streams. But me? I cracked the code. I can't believe people actually go outside. The sun is scary. In this thread, I'm going to explain why the sun should be replaced with artificial lighting:
Reasons the sun should be replaced, number 1: For starters, think about how inefficient the sun is. It just shines indiscriminately across the city. My room needs lots of light, but who needs artificial light in a desert? The sun would be far better if it just targeted where it's most required. This is basic efficiency economics.
Number 2: There's no off switch. What happens if someone does not approve of the Sun's existence? What SPECTRE weaponry would be required to get rid of it? With artificial lighting, if you want the sun gone, just flip the switch. Much easier.
Number 3: Sustainability. We know the sun is going to burn out in around 5 billion years or so, just how are we meant to survive if it's not there? However, if we replaced the sun with artificial lighting, we could just recycle some old bulbs. This is called #planningahead, people!
Number 4: The sun cannot be changed, it's always the same boring warm color. Instead, we could have RGB lighting! Valentine's Day? Make it pink! Christmas? We could have LEDs in the shape of santa! We should replace the sun with artificial lighting purely for this reason.
Number 5: The sun's cycle is not ideal for productivity. We spend around half of each day in darkness! How are we meant to get anything done if there's not perpetual light? The solution is simple: Artificial lighting! No more lazily losing focus in darkness.

That's fair, i guess to me without the filters it forced her to be a bit more creative with how she would say some things
to me, I think it should've been uncensored during collabs but censored during chill-streams (or if it was mostly random of when the filter was "on", so that Neuro has it in her memory that her filters are a bit random in nature)

I was thinking 14k. Perhaps it's because of the far less comprehensive shipping policy that excludes shipping to Nigeria, Iceland, Puerto Rico and Israel.

The subathon gave some viewers unrealistic expectations.
Let me be upfront for a second, I don't want to make this post, I don't like drama, which is why it's taken half a year to make. But some of the behaviour I've seen ever since the subathon ended has made things clear that it won't stop.

What am I talking about? I'm talking about the ridiculous degree to which some people expect and seemingly feel entitled to having multiple streamers on tap for Neuro content.

The subathon was awesome. We basically got a solid month of non-stop dev streams, but what we also got was like an average of 4 to 5 collabs a day for that entire month as well.

It's easy to forget this, but that was a massive commitment from everyone involved, not just Vedal. Collabs don't normally work like that, especially with successful streamers. Sometimes months might go by with schedules never lining up because of things like previous commitments with other streamers, business meetings, time zones, etc. Prime example, Layna, a normal Neuro stream starts at 7 am in New Zealand, so it's going to be rare for her to interact, but if you go onto her stream at any time you will find people begging her to do another Neuro Collab, it has to be getting annoying and that annoyance feels like it's starting to grate on multiple streamers at this point. Like bro, even Cerber sounds frustrated by it

And then we have the extreme parasocials who are going around spreading rumours about things like "ohh this streamer must hate Vedal, they blocked his name in their chat", yeah and I don't blame them, you've been borderline harrasing them daily to talk about/interact with Vedal, because you have an unrealistic expectation left over from a once a year event that was supposed to be special.

These streamers don't just start randomly hating each other; just relax and let them do their own thing, and then, when schedules allow for it, they will make more awesome content for everyone to enjoy.
