I think they won't be going to any agency for a while. This is because of the wave of trust issues surrounding Vtuber agencies. From the talent's perspective, they want to be more cautious in choosing an agency. From the perspective of potential agencies, they feel the same way. They don’t want to end up like Vshojo, whose reputation collapsed overnight due to a fatal mistake. If they don’t feel ready to handle a major Vtuber, they will certainly reflect on themselves and strive to improve their internal quality first.

What I want to ask is:
Does the trend in the wider voice over community has shifted to hire chuubas instead of regular VA, and do you think it's a good thing? I mean, not to shit on them, but some of them can be ... spotty, you know?
And that's not including our 'industri sulih suara' which is now currently filled with those who are already departed from the chuubasphere.
On one hand, I'm glad that our local dubbing scene is currently thriving, but I can't help but feel that it unintentionally creates a new bubble that a newcomer voice actors/actress simply can't get into

As far as I know AKA is less of a vtuber agency and more of a VR tech company, while Vshojo is a full fledged vtuber agency. They even technically helped Vshojo events for a few times
