no they don't. they are lucky YouTube hasn't caught on that they haven't been marking their card pack opening streams as ads since they are essentially advertising a product the company THEY work for sells. US law would require them to mark any kind of media like that as an ad since its a company they work for's product. Its also against YouTube TOS, so they are risking a channel warning or ban for not labeling correctly.
