Most of the managers were doing their job just fine, and knowing from older managers (Tomathin) that they weren't even aware of it really puts you in perspective. A lot of good was done, but the incompetence and overall spendfull nature of the company really screw things over.

To some extent, there's a "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" aspect to this, but there's a lot of incompetence and malice alongside it.
