Vshojo proved why their opposite approach is just doomed to failure desu and wont be repeated again. Being a vtuber company means you still have to treat it like a business to stay in the green to survive, meaning feelings will get hurt even if you don't mean to do it that way. Or worst case scenario, you mean to do it but you don't care because if you're in business, you're probably a ruthless individual willing to do whatever to get to the top. Point being, they had 11 million dollars just given to them by venture capitalists, and they fucking blew it all with no spending limits in mind until the last year of the company when they could no longer pay back the merch cuts to talents.
For better or ill, Anycolor's approach means they have a bunch of cash reserves that will last them a good while longer.
