I kind of picture Calli in the same place mentally on leaving holo, though I think she doesn't want to be the same kind of irl famous, she just wants to be known and otherwise will interact with people like a normal person, whereas Kiara I get the sense that she's like "excuse me, don't you know I wrestled dressed as Asuka once?" while wanting the kind of fame that has like an entourage. Calli also probably insecure and feels like she owes a lot of the success with her music to hololive (which, she does to be fair).
I also don't think Ina would leave because I think she's just too comfy where she is. I don't know enough about kronii/bae/irys to know where I think they would stand on it.
I really don't get why people stay corpo after becoming popular once their contract is up though. what is the point when you've already got youtube taking half your money, then a corpo taking half of that, and you've already gotten the benefit of the network they provided. It makes sense early on to get the collab network going and everybody will know you because of hololive promotions, but once your contract is up, if you're popular why not leave?
