Grudgepost is correct. Holo EN is currently the same size as Aug. 2023. Most of Holo EN 1 and EN 2 are burned out; EN 3 is on overclocked mode; EN 4 is entering overclocked mode but most of the talents don't seem to have the obsession 3/5 of EN 3 have to deal with it and there is no refresher from an EN 5 to help against the lost of all the graduations.

The funding problems that affect Idol EN; Vshojo; Production Kawaii and the other 20 plus vtuber corpos will affect Phase and no amount of free hype manning/shrilling from the fans will stop it. The indies are all or either too under funded; at each other's throats or too unorganized to ever push vtuber into the main stream.

Vtubing for EN even on the JP side with Hololive and Niji is in trouble.
