The rough timeline is that everything came out and people knew there were problems for months but thought it was just minor turbulence, a rough patch that gets better later. Talents got together and realized that this wasnt a little thing, no one in vshojo was getting paid for anything and the company was completely insolvent, around the end of june to early july, it is certain that it was known by AX and it was likely known around the time geega and zen announced their plans to leave. At this point a graduation queue formed and some people were on it.
Then, around july 13th if not a few days before, the real bomb dropped where it was confirmed that vshojo did not pay charity money. At this point nearly everyone was in the graduation queue, kuro (whos comments on stream gives the date, '10 days ago' circa july 23rd) specifically mentions that this revelation is what soured him because he realized every paycheck he takes from that point on is tainted by stolen charity money. Mouse likely gives an ultimatum, and when they cannot come up with the charity funds in the given time she goes public on the 22nd and announces that the she is leaving because of unpaid charity money.

Naturally, everything JP learns is at a significant delay for all of this due to language barrier, so it is probably that kson didnt know about the insolvency until early july around the time of AX rumors, and filed for leave around then, and its very possible she didnt know about the charity funds until mouse dropped the bomb.
