In that case it would be very important to determine whether it was ironmouse doing the fundraising or vsj. If vshojo was responsible for the fundraiser, then obviously they are also responsible for making sure the money is donated to the charity. If it was ironmouse personally, then it would be on her. I know vshojo has partnered with IDF in the past, but was the most recent subathon one of those cases?

Personally I don't think the subathon was legally equivalent to a charity fundraiser, unless it was very clearly IDF-branded and advertised as a primarily charity thing.
