So the problem is on Lumi's end?
I periodically went through all my settings trying to fix the buffering, updated firmware on my router, reset it and did this for months.
I fucking switched Internet providers because I thought there must of been a dead hours on my other provider which she streamed through. Every other stream is fine but hers, and all this time it's on her end.
Goddammit.

I think it's a combination of her living in japan causing a higher delay for western viewers, having set a low stream latency which doesn't play well with that delay, and disabling DVR, the option that lets you seek and rewind but most importantly fall behind on a stream, if it's disabled youtube will forcefully skip forward if it thinks you're falling behind.
So sometimes you get stuck in this buffering loop where youtube wants to catch up with a stream it can't serve you fast enough to satisfy the stream settings.

Yeah but there's also the stream latency setting, youtube has normal, low and ultra-low.
Setting it too low will force buffering earlier if your viewers can't keep up.

Zero games are only hard if you care about your score. If you don't you can brute force your way through things with one use bonuses that tank your score.

definitely, and that challenge is compounded with doropie since it has the same treacherous level design as the megaman games; platforming over small, slippery ice blocks and pinpoint timing to dodge lava shooting from the floor. i did a little investigation and apparently the JP release DID have a continue feature

I absolutely can believe it. I don't know anything about Megaman but I do know about designing for a time-limited jam. When you've familiarized with the editors and have several games under your belt you're gonna know what's a fair amount of challenge, how to make new themes and gimmicks.

But Mega Man 7 was the 1st SNES megaman game, 1-6 before it were all NES. They didn't have the same well of experience to draw from on it as they did with the previous 5.

Sometimes but not always. Sometimes the japanese version was released later so the difficulty is tweaked. And sometimes the western release intentionally has the difficulty jacked up, the western versions of Ninja Gaiden all did that in an attempt to screw over people renting the game instead of buying it.
