MSM was a VTuber talent agency whose owner and manager Seth Weinstein committed a laundry list of both moral and legal transgressions against his talents. One of those talents being Tob. One of those transgressions being using his position to turn his talents against certain indie VTubers in an attempt to blacklist them from the community. Those indie VTubers included Meat and Coqui. Tob, Meat, and Coqui used to be very good friends, to the point where Tob was planned to be a founding member of 3AM, but around the same time that 3AM was being created, Tob was receding from all of her friends over stress from her personal issues. Coqui, not knowing what Tob was going through, interpreted Tob growing distant as her being turned against her by Seth like other chuubas had been, and so in Coqui's exposé stream she mentioned Tob by name and publicly pleaded for Tob to talk to her, which put a big weight on Tob who was already buckling under the stress of her personal issues. Coqui and Tob haven't interacted publicly since (but Meat and Tob have replied to each other on Twitter). Later (1+ years) Tob talked a little bit about what she was going through at the time and how she hates Seth for everything he did to her and her friends. So from what we know publicly it was an unfortunate misunderstanding that tore these two apart.

You see this incident spun in all sorts of ways on this board because some people here have a vested interest in fucking with Meat and Coqui, and they make this place their battleground because its autism, anonymity, and lack of moderation makes narrative pushing very lucrative. Tob's message from that rundown is pic related, and Coqui's stream about MSM was like 50%+ about Tob, so instead of making a clip here's just that whole thing

There's been some questions about Seth and MSM and their connection to Vshojo, I can answer some things.

-Why did Seth target 3am? He didn't exactly, when he came on the scene he tracked who would come up and kiss his ring. Entities like False, Takahata, Mythic, and Southside mostly ignored him because they wern't interested in whatever clout game he was selling. He systematically tried to attack any group that he saw as in the way or competition. This is why Coqui, Meat and Krimbo who were collabing with Vshojo at the time were hyper focused on, especcially with Sigrid who was friends with them at the time feeding her shizo logic to get her to turn on them and use her info and her rage to turn other MSM people against them based on practically nothing.

-Why is Seth from MSM like this? Go look up Irwin Loring on youtube, that is Seth's dad (seth took his mothers last name after a divorce thinking a jewish last name would be an advantage in the entertainment biz), a failed comedian that went into talent management because he could only imitate the surface level of the craft and nothing further. Seth grew up
around celeberties and clout chasing, he never gained a creative skill growing up in that environment and instead learned how to manipulate people, his one and only true skill. However this only results in short term gains as he created 3 businesses and didn't have the ability to keep them alive, 4th being MSM which is a reskin of his failed comedy business venture where he STILL owes people money.
