My new prediction is that NijiEN will be the last English vtuber agency to collapse. Vshoujo proved that while a vtuber company can exist and appear superficially fine without paying anyone for over a year, a mass exodus event can end them overnight. I think if you dig hard enough every agency has similar issues. However, nijiEN I think has the greatest staying power purely because they have the most advanced techniques when it comes to mindbreaking their talents and ensuring absolute obedience. They've been hit repeatedly with what should have been exodus events over the past couple of years and the mental conditioning on their talents is still holding strong. I don't think any other agency could survive even a single crisis point event, and I believe it's inevitable every agency will face at least one soon.
