The pitch deck lying about his role at Cover is BAD. Not for him, but for Justin. SUPER bad. You can come back from honestly failing with a company and found another. It's much harder to come back from lying in your pitch decks. You don't do that shit, because it always comes out, and investors all talk. Even if he repays the charity money somehow (talents are getting nothing), that pitch deck is going to haunt him.

As for Alex, the anons who were calling him Omega can be forgiven for not being doxxfags, but they're still dumb and wrong: Omega was identified a while back and it's not this Alex guy.
I'm not forgiving him and Makino entirely, but I give them some credit for doing good work with NOVA, and trying to get the process started to separate JP from US.
