If you're watching the niche of Vtubers that are into it like VSPO EN, they do though? But it's not all the time, only when it makes sense and is fairly close to their timezone most of the time because getting streaming licenses for that timezone is a hassle.

I know atleast one that does it for league of legends. But I think she only speaks korean or another asian language.
