Real tsunderes like Asuka are exceedingly rare in vtubing. Almost all girls who sell themselves as tsun won't do much more than tease you and make milquetoast remarks about not liking you.
The only two true tsunderes I can think of right now are Saruei and Juna, and both get shit on here for not doing the super cutesy idol schtick.
Though ever since Juna left idol she's been a lot happier, and her inner bitch doesn't come out too often anymore.
