Justifiable crashout. HOAs are absolute cancer because only the most power hungry petty jobless childless karens leverage their way into the leadership positions in them. I spent 10 years in a neighborhood run by a HOA and headed by a real bitch. It was her bad luck that I was even pettier than she was.
