There was also a ton of doompostibg around June 13th last year and it became clear that was when they internally announced Aqua's graduation. In Fubuki's stream the day before, she suddenly started talking about how she wasn't planning on leaving hololive and that no matter how sad things become, she will be there for her fans. She wouldn't elaborate on what she meant by "no matter how sad things become". Then hours later Aqua announced her graduation.
Subaru had to take a break last year in January and sounded extremely out of it during one of her collabs. It was when Miko went to comfort her. Since Subaru released an animated MV cover dedicated to Aqua, it means she learned of her graduation many months in advance. And so it's extremely likely that January was when Aqua told Subaru she was leaving.
