They have to do 60 day minimum (In the US), most will do 120, some will claw it back if stuff was never delivered as long as it's not something like "years ago." I got a chargeback for a purchase made at the beginning of May approved in a few hours yesterday. "The company is now out of business and I did not receive my goods" was basically one of the options for submitting a claim online. VShojo won't respond to your claim in time so you'll likely just get the chargeback approved by default even if they wait the whole 45days for them to respond.
