Now that it's debuted, will she sometimes use it in, say, Karaoke streams or talk streams? Or is it not for general use and is locked to specific events/collabs?

Yeah, using the 3D model in regular streams is soon going to be an option for her. Since Liz has already shown off her moves in chibi form from home, I assume she already has some means of motion capture set up. Holos who don't have the equipment for that at home, or don't feel like using it for one reason or another, can also use their 3D model for face tracking only while making their body do one of the preset animations/poses. It may look something like this.

We'll never really know how much work she has going on behind the scenes, but she's doing Hololive in addition to being a full time VA, and I can only imagine the hoops she goes through balancing it
