Renegotiation would be a better term, but yeah. the whole period just sucks for us and we easily do worst than other places on this front. Sometimes, I wish we knew better talking about it whether the state of things is because we are terminally online reading tea leaves and tarot cards on a nothingburger or if it actually is an issue worth bringing up and discussing/complaining about.
