I'm really surprised there hasn't been a criminal investigation announced yet. They literally stole hundreds of thousands, if not more than a million dollars in charity donations and merch orders and used it to pay their own salaries and line their own pockets. And that's not even counting the money they stole from their own talent, which is probably even higher.
Ironmouse is suing them in a civil case, but if she doesn't have her lawyer motion the court to recommend criminal proceedings, then she is almost certainly complicit as well.

The fact that Mouse IS NOT talking about Melody in any capacity and didn't include her in things like her new intro and bg is more telling than anything. Talents like Froot and AmaLee who she wasn't particularly close with is one thing. But Mel?
Michi and Henya have no issue talking about Melody but also probably didn't know who her bf is or maybe even how deep rooted in the agency she was. Mouse would.
