well i'm not totally consistent on shorts so i don't have any actual numbers to give, but i think 2 shorts a week is pretty good because it's consistent content. it feels like the views you get on them will always be varied though, and judging by a friend who does consistently post shorts even if you post consistently the yt algorithm isn't going to push all of your shorts even if a couple get views. Also the last 2 shorts I posted i had one send to subscribers and 1 not and they got a similar amount of views and both plateaued at 1k
