Because as much as you might not like it, most of the people here are western fans of EN, which has historically been pretty chill with ads and brand merch being pushed out. The last year and a half has seen a huge increase in merch and advertising from the talents as a whole.
It also doesn't help that the western audience generally has a bit more of a negative stance towards outright shilling and it turns a lot of people off. It's why you'll see stuff like what Ina, Kiara, and Mori did for the MythMash, where they just said 'yeah these are lines that management fed us to read word for word', because it at least takes a little of the pressure off of them and their fans to feel like they need to support it or the product.
