From the looks of it on the new doc yes, the accusation was Sinder was manipulating Nanoless into canceling models when she did it out of her own accord along with being able to reject the exclusivity deal. The original docs against Sinder had information either left out or edited out of them. Basically threw Sinder under the bus to spin an accusation.
