The Vtubing Industry is dire straits as of now. What ideas do you have to improve things, and seperate them from regular streamers?

Both corpos and indies have the opportunities to do a bunch of really creative stuff with their models by using technology that IRL streamers can't.

But all they do is just play video games or sing and dance.

Also think they should lean more heavily into a WWE style kind of environment where all the girls have their own lore and some staged rivalries

Big corpos will never risk it, they answer to shareholders, not the fans.
Small corpos is one step away from bankruptcy, just look at vshojo.
Indies is also one failure away from bankruptcy, and unlimited liabilty at that, one failed event and you gonna be sleeping on the street.

Going crazy sounds fun but it probably isn't worth the monetary investment and is really only a luxury for people with excessive disposable income like Doki or Filian.
Mint though does manage to pull off some creative things through her little stock pngs and skits, which is something I'd like to see more of.


What I REALLY want to see though is one of those game shows where people do stupid quizzes or do nonsense mini D&D campaigns in google slides. Magic the Noah's the best example and he's had some vtubers on his channel before like Rin.

I think this one is critical. A lot of them need someone to help them manage shit behind the scenes, but that someone needs to answer directly to them and not a bunch of mouthbreathing shareholders.

The art is otherwise really nice but I am legit pissed about the lack of grippers. The fucking water bottles have their feet from the same dillutrations on full display but not the goddamn phonecases that they spent hours selling. HOW DO YOU FUCK THAT UP

I am in favor of the co-op like sentiment being spread here.
Small groups hiring a couple workers and incorporating and only focusing on promoting themselves not trying to own the world is where this needs to go.
Having a cut taken out to cover employees and be allocated towards budget for events use Mythic for endorsements.
People like Doki and Saba are already paying for full teams for themselves and that could be consolidated under a co-op and put towards joint events that would be more profitable than their solo ones.
