I think this is good work. It educates, tells people how question their doctors, and calls out doctors to do better at their own jobs. I also thought of him as vtuber doctor mike kek. mike is popular yes because he's not but also on youtube people really like seeing content experts in their field and doctors are relevant to everybody because everybody needs to see one at some point. it's a career where you actually have to put the time and work in to get your title so they maintain a higher level of trust if they can prove they have that title
