My wild guess, is that when Mouse was being VShojo's cash cow, she saw Zen being really against the GFuel collab, and constantly running to VShojo about that and the auditions, and thought she was being really weird. After Mata being fired (and them knowing), and the Zen melty (removing VShojo from her name) likely for it.
Mouse put some distance on her, and started to take more Ari and Henya to collabs, which obviously made Zen left wondering why she's being left out. Turned out to get more along with Ari than she expected, and so did Henya, which further cemented that Zen would be invited less and less, meaning Zen was likely right about that to some degree.
They still liked Zen, but not the way Zen expected, and thus Zen got really emotional, went full cringe on Mouse and Ari, and broke the two bridges, and in consequence also the one with Henya.
VChiban just followed Mouse because that's how they are.

It is also why other exvshojos don't really bother with any of this.
