Anonymity = more honesty is a schizo trap. Anonymity almost guarantees lies, people experiment and pretend to have views they don't actually hold in order to measure consensus. The problem with that is the consensus they're measuring is full of people also doing the same, so it's a consensus that never actually exists. That's the real reason you don't have containment breakers, because the roles people play on here aren't actually real, the people you interact with don't actually feel the way they say they do.
And then autistic people show up and they just get fucking eviscerated because they take everything at face value and believe the stakes are much higher than they actually are.
