This very much a "Cart before the horse" problem. People don't go to Hololive or Idol concerts in general for the best music. They go because their oshi is there, the Investigators and the Saplings went not there because their oshi can sing but because their oshi was going to sing.
Then let's say she gets her concert, but what does she sing? She has ?1ish original song (that is two minutes so it can be one of the shortest concerts ever) so Cover has to shell out money for perms of every song she is going to sing (and since she mostly sings western songs they are not particularly cheap) so she is already costing more money to put a concert together than Bae, IRyS, or even Nerissa would need. So we are here with a performer that would cost more money and bring in less (or at absolute most "equal amounts" to peers) money to even do the thing they "hired" her for. This makes no sense from Cover's perspective.
I am not even going to touch the "She was hired to collab with Stars" rrat. Because even if she does or does not collab with Stars should have no place in the scouting/recruitment process. If Cover really considers that more important than a prospective talent having both skills and willingness to put in the work then all is lost and we should pack it up right now.
