You are probably right that it would work, yet again, nobody will bother doing all that just for a sekiro mod since thats only half the work, you will have to extract the parry information from the game with something like a custom cheatengine that looks for the attack event that will have to be parried, since vision will probably be way too slow for such complex game (as in you will need some reasonable resolution). At that point as some anon pointed out it will just be an uninteresting autoparry.
