There is not a single person aware of Hololive who is unaware of her, there are much more forgettable or obscure members to pick from. Which members you do and do not know has a lot more to do with which members are your favorites because certain members interact more with other certain members. If you watch HoloEN you'll see Roboco but if you watch Pekora you won't. If you watch Fubuki you'll see Mio but if you watch Suisei you won't. If you watch Irys you'll see Anya, Flare and Luna but if you watch almost anyone else you won't see any of them.

That's how you sound. Unpopular Holos and obscure Holos are not remotely the same thing. You can say Roboco has few people who watch her solo stuff, but not that people are unaware of her or haven't seen her interact with their oshi. There are many much more reclusive Holos who only stay within a small circle or who mostly interact with non-Holos.
