I do like this idea though. It's impossible to pick someone to represent the whole community since everyone is here because they're different. I think it would be cool if the gif went in chronological order of when the chuubas became popular/active here to show how we've grown over the years. That way even if someone's favourite doesn't get represented, it's still a representation of our journey together!

Fragmenting the thread is silly. Yes, there are some chuubas here who fit more than others but this thread isn't exactly bursting at the seams and fighting for posts before hitting the limit. Look at /cbdct/, it's basically been colonised as the FSP thread but they haven't splintered out because that thread doesn't have the population to sustain itself half the time even with the FSP posting.

Once or if a certain chuuba or category of chuubas grows big enough to really cause issues in the thread, then a split is reasonable but at the moment, you would just be pissing in the wind.
