Justice in particular seem clearly designed to fit into any kind of team-based adventure/combat game, whether that's tabletop or vidya. Each of the four can go in a couple of different directions for which class niche they'd fulfil depending on the exact genre of game.

For a while now I've been designing a concept for a vidya but since I'm no longer a jobless wasteman I don't really have the free time to make a prototype for it, and it's honestly probably way too ambitious for what I can create anyway.
If I had to describe it briefly it'd be "vermintide but justice", a melee-centric l4d-like horde game. Each of the four actually fits into a tidelike niche pretty well; ERB is your frontline horde clearer with her bigass sword, GG controls enemies with heavy stagger and uses high mobility to flank them, CC uses precision attacks to kill elites. Raora is a bit less obvious, but I made her specialise in ranged attacks (supernatural sight) and damage over time (claws = bleeding), so she fits the missing niches of special sniper and boss killer, completing all the things that a tide team needs.

Even if I never actually make this I find it a fun exercise to imagine the holomems as tide careers, what abilities they'd have based on their lore and personality and which additional weapons besides their canonical ones they'd wield.

When I was making Raora's sheet I basically spec'd her into being the team's knowledge and perception monkey, kind of like the teammates in Paper Mario that will identify enemies and give you their stats, possible weak points, etc., even if she doesn't hit the hardest by herself. Maybe you can take a similar route with your game as well on top of the other stuff you mentioned?

Fighting games are more of what I'm used to, so seeing their personality types and memes, it's very easy to imagine them in a fighting game.

Raora can probably be imagined with a double jump (jetpack) and wall hacks (god eyes). You could probably get inspiration from hero shooters

Raora kind of has this actually in that her ultimate is based on the veteran's executioner stance in darktide. She highlights elite, special and boss enemies in her field of view, including through walls, and highlighted enemies receive more damage. Her talents then let her modify this to extend its duration, get more crit chance for each enemy highlighted, or to instantly reload the ranged weapon and give a big accuracy buff while the effect is active (this is the talent you'd pick for a ranged centric build).

Nice, well I will say when I was looking into her sheet I actually asked Raora if she had any lore that was less known about and she mentioned to Chattini that she actually has a short range, self-only teleportation ability she can do by slashing the air with her claw. She hasn't really had the ability to showcase this up until now, but in my build there's a feat chain I worked in that let you do stuff like that. Maybe in place of traditional "ranged" attacks, she's actually doing one of those?

I'm in the camp where it's more fun to do streamer stuff than official lore; though it's great to fall back on if you need to fill something in. I think HoloCure is a good example of trying to find a good balance between what is more fun as a fan/gamer. Like you could probably just make Raora wield a pen and draw pizzas that heal, or a gacha ult that hits 10x with a 3% chance of getting a 5*/SSR. For fun you could make her boobs part of the character view to show that it blocks the lower half of your screen.

You can apply this to CC too, like it wouldn't just have to be about VioLance. Otomo grenades (Schrodinger's lore), plop air strikes, she actually kicks a lot, etc

The position I took with my concept is that it's mainly based on lore rather than streamer stuff. There's of course plenty of references to streamer stuff in their talents and such but their core kit and class concept is lore based.
This is mainly because the story of the game (not really a story - it's little more than a setup to justify violence) is played straight as the Justice team stepping up to be heroes fighting against evil. Holocure doesn't take itself so seriously, so it works with a lot more references to their real world interests and quirks.
Them being streamers mainly comes in the enemy design rather than their playable characters - put briefly some dark sorcerer has infected the streaming platforms with an evil curse (that is, the EN curse) from which they've exploited the energy of the fans and used it to create monsters, which then resemble the various mascots of the EN chuubas because they're derived from those fanbases.
I restricted it just to ENs because representing all the JPs would get wildly out of control. It doesn't feel like there's a lot of ENs sometimes, but it certainly does when you're trying to design a distinct enemy concept for each one.

Not gonna lie we're definitely on a similar wavelength, I have a dream percolating in the back of my mind one day that I want to make a tabletop campaign based on the setting I've worked on thus far with all the sheets I've made with a similar storyline, basically something akin to "someone has taken control of all of the magical beings (Vtubers) in the world and is either using them or copies of them to wreak havoc everywhere, you and your party must band together to stop them!".

Part of me wonders if it would be wasted effort, though, since the system I use (Pathfinder 1e) isn't exactly what most people run and while there's that adage about not making "art" for others, in this case it would pretty specifically be a product whose whole purpose is to be played by others. Compare this to an animation or a game, which have much lower barriers to entry.

I'm a lot more delusional. The dream I have isn't just the most ambitious holo fangame there's been, but it's a pretty ambitious game full stop. Even just making a basic prototype to hopefully convince others to help with the areas I'm bad at (modelling and texturing, mainly - two important things!) is proving to be a big challenge. Since my job is software development, I struggle to get motivation to code anything for fun in what free time I have, because I'm burnt out on it from work.
It probably won't be until Christmas that I'll have time to dedicate to grinding out learning this stuff. Hopefully I'll be disciplined enough to actually use that time for it.

I've done work for over 70% of HoloEn (not counting the men) and even the ones with slower fanart tags and a stated appreciation for tabletop content haven't even dropped a like to show they'd seen my work. Which, like, I know that sounds needy, but I've been spoiled a bit by lower CCV indies (some of whom have just straight up showcased my stuff on their streams and made a big deal about them), so it's a bit of a blow to the ego to have bigger name talents basically ignore them.

I also don't think that there are many other people who have some big show like that coming up just plan to do something they have never done before so casually, just because they think it would be neat. CC is an "idea person" archetype who then actually fully commits and does the outlandish idea they had and with good results, I have never seen anything like that before.
