This does not at all sound like the Dragoons. For one thing, I have never seen a Dragoon even express the slightest hint of discomfort at her collabs with men. What I HAVE seen them do though is express concern about some of her poor self-care practices, such as not unboxing all her stuff from her move, or taking a long time to buy permanent cutlery. Even the lesbian femgoons who are attracted to her seem like the sort who would nonetheless respect her wishes. After all, Doki does almost NOTHING to deliberately cater to them, other than indulge in her own fujo inclinations and "intense" friendship with Mint. So while I can't rule out your scenario of large numbers quietly dropping her... I'd don't think it would be likely.
