It really depends on how it's legally sorted out
If VShojo files for bankruptcy, technically the NDAs aren't voided, but they can't act on it. VShojo are literally the only ones to nullify them, and considering most of the girls want to do a case against them, it is advised to not speak of them. If the girls win a case against them, it could be in their demands, considering it could've damage their image (Matara unironically has the strongest case here).

Vei unironically fucked up (legally speaking) but at the same time, they can't really chase her when they have bigger issues with the others.

The one thing VShojo actually upheld to the very end was having everyone keep their identity and IP and I think that's a big part of why there's so many mixed emotions about everything.
