Tourist here. Where up to have they reached ? I played this yesterday after the update, started in ascension 3 (prudent), got stuck in the invisible wall in the mesa, took too much fall damage and got stuck there. Second time I started full up left and it felt about twice as hard as a normal alpine, and three times as long, but I passed it. Reach the kiln after almost dying in the caldera, and got pranked by the rising lava, but with my 3 ropes lanchers it was easy. Didn't even use the chain.
I'd say today's beach and jungle were very easy though.
So, they any good ?

It costs almost nothing to climb ropes yeah. It also costs less to climb sideways than up. That's why there are lots of passages (in the jungle mainly) where we're expected to climb on the sides of rocks to another plateau.
