I would say Enna is still the top in en followed by Millie who is tied with Reimu.
There aren't a ton of examples you can get with Reimu since most of the songs she liked to sing were honeyworks and they're relatively simple ones but if you look back in the archives you can find the spot where she was a guest singer for one of Ennas concerts and anons were blown away by her range and power she had.
Elira is really good when the songs are in her range but she's limited to a single vocal range. Anything above or below she struggles with

I loved Pomu a lot but never understood why people hyped her up as a great singer. She couldn't hit anything high and could barely hit low notes. She could do that Opera thing but only with like 2 songs and she couldn't hold it.
