If your youtube history is nothing but watching cartoon women play video games for children, then you're probably getting your account flagged as underaged.

Correct about the face, but at least here, credit cards are tied to a billing address, which is required to be entered as well. Without it, the payment would bounce.

They want to destroy anonymity on the internet especially for social media but at least for vtubers it will make little difference.

They carry something much more damning: Your financial history which they now have. Which has your address and face attached to every transaction you do with it as per the Patriot act.

Not the case here in the US. I use my credit card to pay for my prepaid phone bill, but they do not have (nor have ever asked me for) my address. Only my name, card number, expiration date, cvv.

As per the Patriot Act: They have to have your address.
https://www.merchantsbank.com/usa-patriot-act
>Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT ACT requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account or changes an existing account. This federal requirement applies to all new customers and current customers. This information is used to assist the United States government in the fight against the funding of terrorism and money-laundering activities.
Thank Bush.

The financial institution (bank/credit card company) has that information, yes.
The business you're doing your transaction with (in my example, my phone carrier) does not need to have that information for the transaction to be approved.

Open google/duckduckgo/whatever, type "serbian driver licence"or something in that manner, scroll a bit, find some ID, crop it and send it as your verification. Worked perfectly for me few years ago when they implemented this shit in my country. YT doesn't have your photos, nor your name so they can't verify if that 58 old Bosnian fat fuck is really the CunnyLicker88

If you just wore a mask that is just some dude's face (one of those president Halloween masks maybe), is the face scan infrared aka 3D based or image recognition? If it is measuring your face size/proportions and not actually looking at it then maybe that could work.

I think ultimately this might be a good thing, it'll hopefully result in the modern internet crumbling and returning to a state of greed-free quirky optimism like it was in the early to mid 00s and before. Every facet of the internet (and tech in general) has gotten utterly shit to use. Search engines are useless, because they include results to similar questions, AI slop is forced everywhere and these shit companies are trying to force you to watch advertisements at every chance they can get.
