Unicorns attacking them when they did collabs is the main reason that Hololive and Holostars eventually got burnt out attempting unity. Yagoo wants it and Cover does encourage it but I don't think management actually forces HoloPro unity. They have to find EN talents that agree to collab and many of them don't like dealing with the backlash from angry unicorns. Mori and Shiori won't back down from unicorns but many of the others get tired of having shit thrown at them. Kronii was doing it to get on the good side of management because she has complaints about her design but it's clear that she actually did find it extremely stressful. No vtuber likes dealing with misogynistic insults from seething unicorns and it's a major negative of working at Hololive.

The only reason there was some weirdness was because it was a sequel to a collab they had with Ves and promised to do another one, but Bettel forgot about it and the fanse kind of forced him to do another one and he also had the Fishman in place of the Grampire.
