Drastically different reasons for Holo vs Niji:
When a Hololive talent cites "disagreement with management" as their reason for leaving, it's because management does not want the fans to get mad at the talent for leaving; so they instruct the talents to tell that to their fans in order to protect the talents' reputation with the fans, even at the cost of management's own reputation with those same fans (see e.g. all the bait threads waxing vitriolic about how Cover is a black company)
Also Holo management (and especially Holo EN management) knows that the phrase "disagreement with management" carries drastically different connotations in the west than it does in Japan, so they do their level best to reassure the fans that the graduating talent did nothing wrong.
On the other hand, when a Nijisanji liver (talent) cites "disagreement with management" as their reason for leaving, you can bet your bottom dollar that there was either multiple major disagreements between the liver and management, or a single catastrophic disagreement between them. You can also safely bet that the "final straw" disagreement happened six or more months before the graduation notice was published; that management had been harassing the liver more than usual since the liver turned in their formal graduation notice; and that management are very likely to "accidentally" scuff the liver's farewell tour.
Also Niji management (especially Niji EN management) either does NOT know about the aforementioned difference between how western fans and JP fans would interpret that phrase, or they're expressly prohibited by the AC suits from knowing that difference.
